PRODUCTION: This wine is made of grapes that are hand picked at the end of the harvest in late October where they have been left to dry on the vine. A low intervention approach in the cellar is combined with a 12 month maturation process in 50 hl oak casks. Low in sulfites.

TASTING NOTE: The wine has a deep dense ruby colour. The intense black currant note dominates the clean fruit nose that also contains a hint of capsicum. The wine is juicy on the palate, exploding with prune and cherry flavours. Its high acidity makes it fresh and gastronomic.

FOOD PAIRING: Enjoy with red meats, bolognese, and enhance many desserts such as chocolate cake, raspberry sorbet, dark chocolate, and blueberry pie.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Let breath in a decanter before serving at room temperature.
